Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 10-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
UK Shipping
We offer free standard shipping within the UK. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Returns Policy
Your cancellation and return rights depend on the type of item you have ordered. Please read the relevant section below.
Shop Items (Standard Pre-Set Designs)
Shop items feature our standard pre-set ribbon configurations and are made to order. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to cancel your order and return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
Your 14-Day Cancellation Right
You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. To exercise this right:
- Notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item
- Return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused and in original packaging
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or not as described. We will refund the price you paid for the item (excluding original delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Bespoke Items (Custom Ribbon Selection from Ribbon Library)
Bespoke Weave of Honour displays are created specifically to your requirements using ribbons you have selected from our Ribbon Library. These items are made to your specifications and are clearly personalised to reflect your individual service history.
No 14-Day Cancellation Right
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you do not have a right to cancel or return bespoke items that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This exemption is set out in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Schedule 2.
Once you have confirmed your bespoke ribbon selection and we have commenced production, the order cannot be cancelled unless the item is faulty, defective, or not as described.
Your Rights: Faulty or Defective Items
Whether you have ordered a shop item or a bespoke item, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain fully protected if the item is:
- Faulty or defective
- Not as described
- Not of satisfactory quality
- Not fit for purpose
In these circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue and when it is reported.
Reporting Defects or Issues
If you believe your Weave of Honour display is faulty, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographs clearly showing the issue
- A description of the problem
We will assess your claim and respond within 5 business days. If the item is found to be faulty or not as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy at no cost to you.
Our Quality Guarantee
We take great pride in the quality of our work. Every Weave of Honour display is carefully handcrafted and inspected before dispatch. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will work with you to resolve any genuine quality concerns.
Damage in Transit
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging
- Photograph the damage and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
